Eric Von Wettberg, Department of Biological Sciences

Teaching and Research: Dr Eric von Wettberg is a conservation geneticist with a PhD from Brown University and a BA from Swarthmore College, a former Fulbright scholar to Denmark's Royal Veterinary and Agriculture University and an NIH NRSA postdoctoral fellow at UC Davis. He teaches Population Genetics and Evolution at FIU. His research on plant adaptation to stressful soils occurs in Tunisia, India, Portugal, the Caribbean and South Florida.
