This delegation, sponsored by the U.S. State Department, is visiting the United States to learn about the role of women in American society. Their interests include women’s participation in local governance, the arts, investigative journalism, and the importance of professional development, networking, and mentoring for the advancement of women in society. Interested faculty and students are invited to participate in this event. It is anticipated that the roundtable will be an open dialogue about the role of women in American and Muslim societies.
